Shipping Policy

The delivery of each item is arranged with Proovia. Delivery information for an item is displayed on each product page. Timescales will be confirmed after order.

Buyers can save on delivery costs by collecting the item directly from 2 Chapel Yard, Albert Street, Holt pickup location by choosing 'Free Collection' for an item at checkout.

We will contact you to coordinate a pickup date and time. 

Please note, if you're collecting an item you are liable for all collection and delivery-related costs including any applicable customs/import charges

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your piece unique from us but if you would like to return it this can be in done within 14 days of receipt after requesting a return via email to larliquirke@gmail,com

In case of a return, the delivery costs (i.e. outbound and return delivery costs) are non-refundable unless we find that the item was damaged in transportation.

In case of a return, the buyer is liable for return delivery costs unless the item was damaged in transportation.

 

Proovia our delivery partners cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas before purchasing.

We are not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties.
